Flexible   Our flexible film modules offer a low cost solution for localised, temporary or removable clean zone requirements. A rigid metal frame supports the tough, clean flexible envelope to form the clean enclosure.   Flexible film modules are extremely adaptable and can be designed to fit around all or part of a machine or process. They can be sub-divided into separate rooms (e.g. to form a Clean Change Area). Typical uses range from development of new processes and equipment, start-ups or localised clean zones over sensitive production stages (e.g. around moulding machines, filling machines or packing stations etc.). Depending on size, flexible units can be wheeled or fixed in place.   Rigid Relocatable   Similar to flexible units but utilising a rigid, demountable aluminium frame, with acrylic infil panels. These units can be constructed in a wide variety of configurations to suit many applications.
